Not really sure why this is surprising.

Lowest common denominator metal and dumbstep / brostop / shit wobble are equally aggressive so it kind of makes sense.

I just hope everyone understands that real hardcore (not electronic hardcore) has nothing to do with any of this garbage.

We have one of these at work and I run into that problem all the time.

All I do is rescan the song and it displays the original BPM. Or just tap until you get the original BPM.
