Really need some feedback guys, somethings off with all my tunes and I can't work out what it is (and it's driving me mad)

This tutorial rocked, definetly helped me finally crank out the talking wubs.

These are the four tunes I have made so far.
Any suggestions on what I can do to make them not sound so formulaic and regimented? Or any general feedback at all?
