Why do all my songs end up quiet? Theyre not quiet in FL Studio but when I export them i have to turn my speakers up to hear them properly in iTunes, why are they so quiet?

I'm pretty new to producing as you can probably tell by this preview its not finished yet but i would really really appreciate some feedback please
