Yeah I got a few ideas mate, I reckon you should do at build up starting around 1.19 instaed of fading out build up and drop, get some rising white noise of something or a reverse cymbal or a pitch sweep or ...

Apparently to record the drums in the track when the levee break's, they set the drum kit up at the bottom of a set of winding stairs in a country mansion to get some natural verb going on, those drums sound massive.
