And there's no way to 'fix' this except for using another LFO waveform?Depone wrote:Saw LFO is the problem here. If its on really bass heavy material it will 'click' as the filter changes from one extreme state to another. Much like an envelope thats too short attack/release.

Massive LFO waves crackling
I've got the A.I. Waveform going through an acid filter with a saw LFO on it. But it has this weird vinyl-like crack over it.
It only happens with this waveform tho. Is this a bug or is there some other problem that I'm not aware of?

Re: I think my monitors might be fucked
I tried chewing the cable, had to buy a new one and got electrocuted, thanks. Anyway, It's the little ribbon(?) plate that shakes way more than usual creating (not sending out) more high frequencies when the subnotes are played. So now I'm wondering if it is actually blown or if the little plate has...

Re: I think my monitors might be fucked
I got some experience with stuff like this ( electronics qualifications) it sounds like the tweeter is blown, if they are expensive monitors first find out if parts are available if not try and buy a broken one from eBay to use the spares. Just don't go buying one with a blown tweeter :o lol Well s...

I think my monitors might be fucked
Just realised that when I play a note at D1, my left monitor is producing higher frequencies due to the little ribbon (plate) in the tweeter. This shouldn't be happening as far as I know? And it's pretty weird that my right monitor doesn't have this issue. Is this normal or is my left monitor fucked...

Re: WIPs/unfinished tunes for feedback * no finished tunes *
Hi there! @ Cheeky; I think the intro could be a lot more interesting. Sound seems to sit well but your kick seems to be so low it's almost not audible with the sub. Synth that comes in at 1:55 is a bit high in the mix aswel compared to the rest. And I don't know what that noise in the back is, that...

Re: Knife Party and the Loudness War
I just mastered my track and got to an RMS of -9 which is the max for me. If I push any more or compress any further I smash it to shit. I don't understand why people want to smash the shit out of their music just so it is 'loud enough for the audience'. If you have 'fans' than they will happily tur...

That fucking Key and Authenticator is a pain in the ass. Took me about an hour just to upgrade.
I'm not really so surprised by Pulsar. I don't know, think I've been using Logic a bit too much.

Grief Thread
I know that behind all the funny pictures/gifs/video's and random links there are a lot of stories. We could also name this the 'feel thread'. I just want to get my story out to anyone willing to listen. I just lost one of my friends. I've only heard about it 2 hours ago. I came back from the gym an...
