I have a SoundCloud, but I prefer to use BandCamp.

In FL Studio..
1. Select the 3xOsc synthesizer.
2. Change the waveform to the 'noise' shape.
3. Put 3xOsc on a mixer track.
4. Add > Fruity Filter.
5. Select lowpass or bandpass.
6. Automate the cutoff filter.
