I usually roll off around 20-30Hz region, rids muddiness plus lets the power remain.

Answer in simplest form would be that you need to Sidechain your Bassline to the kick so it punches through.
Also bring the drums up in the mixdown, way too quiet in comparison to that rest of that song.

Would recommend same thing I always do in any mastering case. Roll off near 18000-20000kHz on high and like 16-20Hz low. Try for subtractive EQ'ing if necessary unless there's something hidden you want to really bring out in the mix. If possible, get the mixdown as best as possible before entering M...

Dependent on price for sale.. if the gimmick works can sell cheaper in massive amounts.
