Hi everyone,
i've got the ableton suite and all the synth coming with it have a very characteristic sound and IMHO often under used in dubstep .
@Bassinine electric is not for orchestral sound it's more like a rhodes and mallets type sound emulator.

They are plenty of emulator who've got the option of recording sound, pick the emulator and the rom you want and export it directly from the emulator!

@Dosva The pattern seems to me using the same techinque as the boucing ball technique.
I'm not sure it is the way he does it but imho it could be a lead to find out

yep it reminds a bit of the sound when you put the ableton vocoder and adjust the formant settings...is it what you are talking about?

Hi that type of chord synth make me think of the one you hear in dub techno like "rythm and sound" and that kind of stuff...you should maybe looking for dub techno chord tutorial or patch walkthrough, i think i've seen some on http://www.massivesynth.com/.

Here is a plugin that allow you to pan up or down(with binaural techniques) http://www.savioursofsoul.de/Christian/ ... o-plugins/ it is the hrtf 3d, it only works with headphones.

It's not better as i say before it is a matter of taste but the hd 25 will exhaust your ears faster than the dt 990 due to his close architecture.And yes the dt 990 is supplied with an adapter for the jack .

I used to have the dt 990(beyerdynamic) and they are very good for long session of producing and the fact that they are open is far more comfortable than any closed headphones you will ever have. But it's a matter of taste if i were you i would go to a store with my favorites tunes in my mp3 player ...

Hi for the sound of my drums this tutorial help me a lot .
In the first 3 or 4 minutes he talk about his drums and how he use 3 parallel compression and 2 reverb send.it can help you make your drums stand in the front of your mix

@ Project Ex : it's nice you liked the tune,and for the volume of the bass i was thinking i want it on the front loud and heavy but with several listening i understand why you find it too loud,she is too much in the front.thanx for the advice.And keep up the good work!
