Legend4ry - Detramental (Konvict Remix)
Hey folks, finally got around to finish my remix of Legend4ry's Detramental. Hoping that the competition's not dead though... I used only the stems provided by Ledge and tried to keep the vibe of the original with only a little more tempo in it by using a 4x4 drum pattern. Hope you're feelin it :-) ...

Re: Konvict - I Need You [Trip-Hop/108bpm]
thx mate for the reply, although i have to admit, i dont have any reverb on the kick. it's a break from U2 which i chopped and rearranged. do u mean to compress the drums a little bit more? i used the preset compression from ableton for kicks and snares
anyways, thx.
anyways, thx.

Konvict - Think About You [Garage]
Hey guys, got a new tune and tried to do it a garage-y way :-) https://soundcloud.com/tordal/konvict-think-about-you Don't know about the volume issues in the beginning, the wav seems fine, only occurs in the mp3-version which i converted with audacity. Any help? Aside from that i'm fairly happy wit...

Re: The Ableton Q&A Thread
i dug out an old WIP of mine and found some tracks with acapellas on them, which i chopped and renamed. now i wanna know from which original acapella i took them out. is there any way to track that down? thx unless you consolidated them, just drag them out and it should reveal the whole sample, or ...

Re: Center City (something garage)
great song, nice, dark vibe to it. good mate.
only thing is for me the synths are way too loud and aggressive in the mix. the whole atmosphere is dark and evil bu those synths are aggressive and offensive, so just turn those down a little bit youre good imho.
cheers

Re: Keelay - Vibez(90BPM/CHILL/BASSPIANO/ECT)
the hats are sick mate, props on that; really liking those triplets in the last part :) i really dig the piano too, but in my honest opinion you maybe wanna modulate the "left hand" i.e. the lower chords throughout the song, so maybe transpose it to another scale or change to another chord...

Re: The Ableton Q&A Thread
dont think its possible. it isnt even possible to automate pitch parametrs for a clip. why would you do that ? why not use a loop and make its lenght dematch the beat.. or move it in the arrange window ... that function is meant to remediate latency issues... best way to alter a sample's timing in ...

couldn't you just add a new automation lane and copy this automation without the notes in the other device's lane? that's what i do at least
