What subwoofer do you use?

Since you are making bass music, you gotta have a subwoofer to eq the lower end don't you, I know headphones can work but a subwoofer just gives that low end rattle feeling..

If you do use a subwoofer, which one ? I have been looking at the 10" JBL lsr 2310 . It appears to have good ratings.

Re: Finding your identity as a producer.

Comes from having your workflow down, which in turn is effected by your library of sounds. Workflow directly impacts your sound. Get a bunch of 128's and your workflow will improve significantly in the context of your song.

You cannot learn Sa Re Ga Ma PA Da NI Sa, without proper training. With guitar you can learn from youtube, with Sitar it takes years and years to just...

Re: Getting out of that dubstep mentality.

Having a workflow and an organized library helps that workflow. Also, this is very subjective, subject.. If you have a descent library, this will dictate how you work, as well as the sounds you start with.. Another great idea from a well known producer /dj is to get a moleskin graph notebook, and ma...
