The biggest mistake beginners make is looking specifically for dubstep tutorials. When all of your production knowledged is based on one person's song making tutorial you're going to end up making the same uninspired and copycat tunes over and over, and you wont be expressing your own true creativit...

For me it is a sin. I don't use other people's patches, and i don't sample other peoples songs or use loops. I feel like I need to make every sound to have it be my creation and my artwork.

A. Save up for a legit version of massive before you go getting cracked versions of other software. B. Ham VST is your best bet. the oscillator presets are far more organic sounding than massive's, and the filters are more intuitive.
