RA2 Best.Game.Ever. assuming you have a few friends who will join you in an epic LAN battle

Im on an old beta version sorry D: im so special xD it must surely be somewhere in preferences like Jrisreal said when you bounce it does it give you a box with options in?

Edit->Preferences->File formats tab
At the bottom it says mp3 quality and you choose 320 on the dropdown

You can make your sound wider by duplicating the track panning the original track left and the duplicate right and nudging the duplicate one off the grid by like 50ms or something. its basically fake double tracking and it gives a nice wide sound
