Edit->Preferences->File formats tab
At the bottom it says mp3 quality and you choose 320 on the dropdown

I like the black an white one and the chrome ones equally , but yeah blue and yellow are tertiary colours (I think) so they create a bizzare contrast next to each other

You can make your sound wider by duplicating the track panning the original track left and the duplicate right and nudging the duplicate one off the grid by like 50ms or something. its basically fake double tracking and it gives a nice wide sound
