the venue was fairly empty.. by reference a track do you mean like mid-side mastering or something else? did play a professional track before mine to make sure the speaker levels were ok.. i was standing near the speakers at one point, then back from them..

problem with high end on finished track
so i have a track pretty much finished.. all the levels seem pretty good.. sounds good on my krk rokit 8's and it sounds good in the car... but, i got a chance to play it at an actual venue and the hihats and crashes were piercing. im glad that i got to hear it on a big system in order to know that ...

i wanted to make a correction... i saw that someone said Venetian Snares uses Reason, this is NOT TRUE.. he uses Cubase and Renoise.. i wish you could get that kind of craziness from Reason, but you cant, at least not with doing way more work than its worth.. thats where trackers come into play ...
