People dig this type of sound? not like minimal dark like dubstep, but complicated, deep, soundtrack esq atmospheres a bit like Amon Tobin, but raw and urban rather than jungle and hip hoppy? From your description of your idea, you really do need ableton mate, I was like thinking “ableton, ableton, ableton….hang wtf…he is talking about using Reason to do this” We use reason along side other things and it is not a live performance tool really…I know Vibert uses it live, but muting the mix...

the filters on my ESI32 are the forerunners to the Z plane technology.... same sampler MuZiq uses, anyway, they are digital but fucking phat as phuck! i picked mine up for £40 so cheaper to get the real thing than it is to buy a crappy mulation of them... also the Z planes in all their glory are in ...

I used to go on the ILLMUZIK hip hop forum a lot and they had a really concept…. The showcase thread…. This was only opened for 3 days once a week or something, so instead of people constantly posting their tunes and saying “gimme some feedback” then no one does, the thread sort of concentrated that...
