Re: Decent Starter MIDI Keyboard
When you choose whatever you do, try and get something with lots of knobs and some faders ideally. Buttons too. The reason I am suggesting this, is because you'll find them endlessly convenient for setting filters and different parameters of the wobble bass to them. I just bought a Korg nanoKontrol ...

Re: Chaosphere - System (metal inspired dubstep)
Try adding some unison to the Disturbed scream at 0:27 to thicken it up and maybe make it a little louder. That should make your drop a lot harder. Really like it tho! Nice and dirty just like I like my women! Ahahaha

Re: [Feedback] Lemonlust - Super Skrull
I love the trancy part for sure! Not feelin the dubstep part. When the drop came I was expecting to hear something fairly fast and stuff, more DnB'ish. I really really like the trance part for sure tho! If you wana improve it without making a big change, the wobble needs more presence. I'm not sure ...

Re: My drums beat this track up harder than your dad beats y
Your drop came right when I expected it (not watching the waveform even)(@ 0:41). I kind of expected it to fade out the tone in the back and drop a few drum elements then come in with your lead really fast and hard with those sweet punchy drums. I'd try playing around with that lead sound. Maybe try...

Re: Zoobi - I'm Irie (melodic/minimal)
I really dig the variations in the velocity of that ambient tone in the background. The only thing I might change is making the shaker a little quieter. I found it a little distracting. It definitely belongs there tho. Might be best the way it is though. Love the way you used the effects with reverb...

Re: Sip My Swag (Heavy, Club type)
That synth you have sounds really sick. I find the effects you had were a little too loud and over powered it. If you turn them down a little I think it'd sound pretty sweet. I wana hear more of that synth lol

Re: Decent Starter MIDI Keyboard
I just started out and I bought an Akai MPK Mini. It works great from my experiences so far, but I had a lot of issues with the editor (mainly my fault, but its far from perfect anyways). Having said that, there is better. My friend who also just got into this just bought an M-Audio Oxygen 49 ( http...

Re: Akai MPK mini > CC, PC configuration
Thanks guys. The MPK editor doesn't have a default function which I find phenomenally stupid. Anyways I did get it figured out, before I saw your posts. I came back here to post my solution just in case someone else has this issue in the future, but it looks like ToxicBass has that covered. I'll pos...

Akai MPK mini > CC, PC configuration
Hey guys, I did a lot of searching and came up dry here so I'm comin here for help. I have an Akai MPK mini, this is my first MIDI controller and like a dope I opened the Akai MPK editor app thing and I think I zero'd out all the CC, PC, and note #'s on my pads. I had before this used the pads in Re...
