Re: Feedback Thread
@BigFrizz To be honest the tune is just boring. That white noise coming in with the snare is really bland and could use more reverb and more impact in general. There is almost no groove to the song, it walks along at a rather stagnant and predictable pace. The melody could use some sprucing up too, ...

Re: @ The new generation of producers , why...
This thread is eye opening. I started producing when I was 18, and I'm now thundering towards 24. It's mental how much you mature and your mentality changes in that time. When I got my first tunes down some other producers were giving me props which was great, so I thought "fuck it why not&quo...

Re: Trap Music. Thoughts?
why does every conversation of trap music spiral into some pissing contest over who is most in touch with its roots? just take this new interest in trap for exactly what it is: the mainstream grabbing hold of something that was once underground and stripping out the rawness. no need to get up in arm...

Re: Trick-Q - TrapDat (Chill Trap)
Bring that melody out more, add some verb, phaser, chorus, something to it to make it take over the track a bit more. The noisy hit that comes in after the drop could be played with more, have it hit on some 1/32ths for a bit and fuck with the rhythym of it more. Overall the drums are on point.

Re: Dragstar - little star [deep, emotions, experimental]
This may not be what you're going for but I would try incorporating some rhythm in there, things get a bit repetitive, the odd shaker or hat could really add some life. Melody that comes in around 2:40 is dope, more of that! Bassline is nice.

Re: Mega chillled [Bit of a drop]
I agree with timhet on reverbing the hats. In addition I would add some verb to the snare as well as cutting out a bit of it's bottom end, roll with the chill vibe! The wobble comes in way too ostentatiously, tone that thing down, it is clashing with the vibe of the rest of the track. Not bad though...

Stop replying in this thread if you don't like the music being posted in it. Especially with such unintelligent and useless comments.

Re: Feedback Thread
@Capture Take a bit of reverb off the clap, then every 2/4 bars put the reverb you have on now on a hit or two. Synth that comes in at 2:37 should come in a bit more smoothly, feels a bit abrupt, also you could let the delay ride out on occasion before coming in with some new midi. You could play wi...
