Would like to know the track in this clip

I know I've heard that track somewhere before...

and an old request that never got identified

I was wondering if someone could shed light on the name of this track and artist?

Unfortunately a lot of the music is obscured by the game sound, but maybe there's enough there for someone to id the song?

For the most part it's being drowned out by the game effects though in other parts it's fairly audible ...
