And about the subgenre thing, there are obviously tons of subgenres within dubstep that mostly go unnamed, I believe. I mean really, just think of all of the different influences you hear when you listen to the broad spectrum of dubstep. Although influences don't necessarily warrant the 'subgenre' ...

i like the bass sounds you use, but you should make the filthy sections way longer and maybe add some more to the drop like a sweep or something. also just add some effects to the synths so they dont sound so bare. otherwise, nice start man!
