is anybody else not stoked about the future when listen to "future" bass?
What makes it future lol? Dubstep sounds 10x more futuristic than anything Ive heard.
It's not future if you're releasing now. NURRRRRR

So i use SPAN to help me visually. I was messing around with adding sub to a baseline. I wanted to check the accuracy of it so I played F1 through massive and ableton. Through span it was reading the very highest point of the peak was at G2. When I push F0, the very tip of the peak is at A1. Not wor...

I'll eventually have both but I have to wait and save some money. curious what you guys think is the better route for better mix downs until I have both? any recommendations for ...

But I dont know anything about good sounding stuff. people complain about the mids on the alesis. but if its just a matter of getting used to them and how they translate, i can live with that. I guess what I should...

Re: Alesis Monitor 1 Active MKII Powered Monitors
They are technically not good monitors, but I've heard quite a few people say.. decent for the price. Wouldn't do Apogee converters justice I think, but that's never a bad choice really. You can always upgrade monitors and keep that converter. Curious why you say they arent good? always good to kno...

I want to buy them for my home though, curious if anyone uses them and how they like them for electronic music? I plan on getting the apogee soundcard. thanks homi...

oh definitely. anything out of massive is MIDI then I record it to audio. I use audio drum sample don't really use much MIDI besides that. use it in my metal projects to trigger some drums when I record myself though.
