The mixing is well done, and you've got a really cool lazer type sounding drop synth. I like it a lot! I think this style of song would work really well with some glitch stuff like stuttering, rewinding, etc. It would really spice it up.

Do you have any suggestions for drum packs? I'd do a google search, but I don't know which would be high quality and produce reliably good sounds.duhbears wrote:great drop, the percusion sounds like the basic fl kit, you might want to change those out for some better ones

Yeah, that was the problem! Thanks, that was fast. Why does this happen though? Why would having the kick sidechained through 2 channels cause the noise on a completely different unconnected channel to be altered?

So, I have a standard build-up to the drop, with some noise going through a filter with the cutoff slowly going up, and a kick drum at 1/8 time with the volume slowly increasing. Problem is, every time the kick sounds, it lowers the volume of my noise, causing it to have this pulsing sound that just...
