Re: What are the benefits of Logic?
its just not as intuitive ive found, when compared to ableton and even FL studio in some cases. nothing fundamentally wrong with it though, gets the job done. one other thing about logic ive found though, is that using external controllers is a lot easier to set up in ableton and presonus studio one...

Re: wanna learn how to play the keyboard better
honestly i took some piano lessons and it was a waste of money. the key to getting good at piano, i realized, is having an intrinsic passion for it. something that mundane lessons couldnt seem to bring out in me, in fact the routine-ness of it all made me dislike piano. just find a bunch of songs yo...

Re: "F%*ing Modes SUCK!!!!" : A Guide To Modes & How To Use
To get C lydian............. just take C major (Ionian) and sharpen the 4th. So instead of F natural, you play F#. MUCH simpler, and much more intuitive than this "built off of the 4th degree of this major scale" crap. Just because you don't like the way I've described this doesn't really...

Re: "F%*ing Modes SUCK!!!!" : A Guide To Modes & How To Use

Re: KOAN sound/Culprates Immaculate Bass Sounds
i might be wrong, but from alot of cuplrate tunes it sounds as if hes big into granular synthesis and is layering granular samples on top of his bass sounds for the extra movement yeah actually i was reading up on some DOA threads and came across polymasses granular synthesis resampling tutorials a...
