Re: SPACE AGE (FIRST ABLETON PREVIEW) *WOWWW*
Thanks for the quick feed! I wasn't expecting responses so quickly. A very techno-ish take on dubstep! Would definately call this trance though not dubstep. I'm very heavily inspired by Nero. I am not sure if you consider that Dub or not but I felt it was a similar feel. Perhaps I will list under an...

If this is your first I'm really impressed, honestly. Great job. Keep at it! Only criticism (more like an opinion) is the main dub part is a little over the top for me. I like my dub melodic lol.

Yeah I like this a lot. It's really nice to vibe to and just drift away. Try testing it in a car with subs. I bet it would be crazy.

Omega Edit *revisions after feedback* +MUSICVIDEO!
Hey guys! We have been working pretty hard the last few days to perfect a few tracks. This is one of them that I had posted a while back. After extensive feedback from a variety of people, we decided to go back through and fix a few things throughout the project. It has been tweaked, added to, and c...

Great composition! Sounds a bit peak-ish though. What I mean is it might be overpowered. How are you mastering?

Re: Sirkit-Gibtown (nasty) (feedback for feedback)
This is great IMO! The wobbles sound a little distant, but I think that may be a good thing in this case (not sure). It gives it a distinct sound and would likely sounds pretty dope in the club scene. Keep more coming I dig this style.

Re: Dubstep with Ableton Live! *FIRST TIME SHARING*
Point taken. Good to know. I am new to Ableton and have yet to play around with the internal synthesizers. I have used FL studio for the past six years, and you are likely familiar with its internals. I will have to look into them and see what kind of results I can get. Thank you for the input for t...

I love scar symmetry. It's more melodic but it is metal none the less. I'd argue this dubstep genre produces a similar feeling.

I could really chill out to this fam. It is incredibly relaxing. What is that choir/vox sound/sample? I would love it if you shared the source of that sound? I love the diversity of music on this forum!

Re: Dubstep with Ableton Live! *FIRST TIME SHARING*
damnnn. i like it . Im having a hard time with basslines.. any tips you can throw my way to get a bassline close to that? The quality of your source is key, so a nice high quality VST is a great way to start. In this track, the lead was done in NI Massive (which, in my opinion, is by far one of the...

Dubstep with Ableton Live! *FIRST TIME SHARING*
http://soundcloud.com/aibeats/omega I admit that this genre is slowly taking over my musical preference lol. I have spent the last two weeks learning the ins and outs of Ableton after 6 years in FL Studio just to get the sound I am trying to achieve. I think I have reached a point where I am comfor...
