coool, so an amp isnt really needed? unless you were performing with more, high powered speakers?

i think i might have worded the question wrong, if the controller is plugged into a computer which is too plugged into speakers, does that work? i havnt actually got it yet so this is kind of hypothetical :L

Any one know where to get decent acapellas for songs? cuz any ive found have had the instrumental still quite strong in the background.

i may have used the wrong terminology, but you know in NI massive theres the performer? how do you control the cuttoff on the filters and stuff like that without this? i did try to use a formula controller but it kind of failed... any ideas?

The TAL vsts are really good, really liking noise maker and elek7ro but theres no way of modulating them?
im kinda struggling with crystal haha, although the sounds look quite promising

What DAW are you on? Most come with at least basic synths, sometimes very advanced ones. Check out TAL Elektro and his others, google Togu Audio Line. Also Oatmeal, Synth1, Crystal, Superwave... Using FL studio 9 atm, havnt really played about with the synths that come with it as i heard theyre pre...

Decent Free Bass Vst's or synths?
Anyone know any free Vsts that are worth using ( or very low cost ones) preferably bass vsts, and no ham vst comments please (although hilarious i know)

'HAM Vst'
Right, all though it seems that many people think that this is a joke, i have downloaded what seems to be the elusive and mysterious HAM vst, it only really seems to make weird, high pitched, atmospheric sounds, although when bit crushed doesn't sound too bad. If anyone else has HAM Vst, suggestions...

ive turned all the bass instruments down and you can now hear the drums through them, but to hear the bass clearly i have to turn my speakers up quite loud, wont the finished product sound this quiet if i do that?
