Re: Is Komplete 9 a wise investment?
Yeah I've never had the chance to play around with hardware before besides my midi keyboard so I'm real interested to see how I can improve with it. Yeah I probably wouldn't make much, but I wouldn't really be expecting to, most of it would just be a chance to create a really good night and get some...

Also want to do that so when I learn to DJ eventually I can do gi...

Re: Is Komplete 9 a wise investment?
I feel you on the 'long time skint, now got $$$' vibe. Sadly most of us do I guess! :( Re: spending money, here's my take: If music is a meaningful occupation which is so relaxing and engaging for you that you simply must do it, spend the money because it is what could be called an 'energiser'. doi...

Re: Is Komplete 9 a wise investment?
Professional scrubbing, I've been there and done it too. (too often to care to admit lol) Back to the crux of the issue here, which exact benefits will you receive by spending £1000 on Komplete? How will your workflow improve? What will be made easier? What particular aspects of the Komplete packag...

Re: How do you create your complex phrases?
I'm new at making this style of music, but what I've been doing so far is just picking out all my sounds and then just fitting them together like a puzzle. I'm still nowhere near to getting good at it, but its a start for me anyways

Re: Is Komplete 9 a wise investment?
Well I've been producing for roughly two years now, not saying I'm good or anything, still fairly noob, but I have no doubt in my mind that this is something I'm not going to give up. Cool man. Go for it if that's what your desire. :) So you're set up with keyboards, monitors and all that malarkey?...

Is Komplete 9 a wise investment?
I have money to spend and I'm quite interested in Komplete 9 ultimate.
Just wondering what you guys might think? Maybe you have it, would you recommend forking out the cash for it? Or is there a better use for my $?

uhhh I like led zeppelin, pink floyd, the beatles, bb king... the list goes on. Anything that peaks my interest I try to take notes from and do something different but similiar. Very into duane eddy. Can't get that song Movin and Groovin outta my head :D Don't really listen to much dubstep anymore.....

Re: WIP Thread - GIVE FEEDBACK TO OTHERS BEFORE POSTING!!!
@Ocelots Revolver I posted feedback on your sc @LukeRaith Not really my style, but the production seems up to scratch, one thing I think it's a bit too long and I feel there isn't enough going on for the length @LJK32 I couldn't really hear the kick, besides that it's quite short for me to form an o...
