Re: Going to Europe - Good festivals/nights/scenes?
When you're in the Czech Republic, make sure you go to Crossclub, one of the best clubs I've ever been to for music, atmosphere and just being visually cool.Think you'll find lots of good places in most larger cities around Europe if you dig deep enough, hope you enjoy it

These are good, prefer the first one and agree with what general knowledge said about sounding like earlier stuff. Think you've done well with the feel of the drums especially and good sounds going on in general. Good work

Re: Djinn - Deadbeat (dark, rolling)
I really like this, good beat and the general feel to it is really solid. I'd just second what ThirteenNL said in that I think this should be a properly bass heavy track - I reckon that would make it more powerful. Keep up the good work

This is a beautiful track. I love the laid back beat and your choice of sounds. The vocal adds an extra dimension as well. Very impressed, keep it up.

Re: Pulsar - Reconnect (dubstep / deep, subby, soulful)
I like most things about the tune in that you've used good sounds and got them working together well. I like the melody although I think you could be adventurous with it and try to out other progressions. The main point I'd make is that it sounds a bit like it is still in sketch mode. I would like t...

Re: [Ambient Dubstep] New Raven - Swanshore
I think this is wicked, I'm all for long intros and this one works very well. I really like the atmosphere from the beginning, really good use of sounds and the panning adds a lot too. I like the beat, it has a kind of stomp feel to it which makes it stand out a bit. I also thought the water effect ...

Re: J-Man - When we're together (Dubstep, chilled)
I really like this, the vocals work well with the music and I think the relatively constant nature of it (ie, no big build to huge drop) also works very well in this case. To contradict my self a bit, it might have been interesting to hear it evolve in the second half, perhaps adding 16th hats etc, ...

Nice clean sound and you've pulled the dark atmosphere off, would love to hear it on a proper system

This is quality, love the atmospherics and the little vocal stabs. The beat works really well too, sounds like 90s trip hop, great work.

Re: Monowàn - Caltrop (Techno-ish ?)
production sounds fine to me, some good sounds going on. I'd personally try to do more with the percussion and make it more interesting that way. I like the new element you bring in around 2:50, maybe you could develop that idea to make it more of a melodic progression?

Re: Skure - Logos (dubby, rootsy, "old school")
There's a lot of very good elements with this. Agree with the points above and I the bass is sounding strange in parts to me (volume of different notes changes so that some overpower the rest of the music), but I reckon that might have a lot to do with the room I'm in at the moment. I love the meodi...

Love the live drums feel (in fact are they live drums?) and the overall ambience is cool, nice chords and the vocals samples fit very well. Really impressed.

Re: Admodum - Solitude
This is quality. Wicked laid-back atmosphere and good swing to it. The sounds are good and clear. Some people might say it's a bit repetitive but I don't think it's a problem, especially if you could get someone to rap over the top. Really pleasant to surprise to hear something like this, good work.

Re: Four - Sewage Canal (Deep/Chill)
Agree with the points made above concerning the kick. Apart from that, I like the tune overall, the bass gives it a lot of power and it would be ideal for a club/on a system. Good sounds used in the background too.

Re: Whyrez - Alone At The Movies
Very nice tune, great atmosphere and melody. I like the way there seems to be a lot going on but the focus is always the melody. I'd agree with Electic_Head about the variety on the drums, it's something you could take up a level quite easily with a bit of experimentation adding bits of percussion e...

Re: Daydream(140bpm chill)
This is really good, the melody is beautiful goes very well with the beat. I think using the breakbeat in the second part works very well also. There's good subtle variation throughout so it never feels like it's getting overly repetitive. I don't think you should change anything about it, great work.

Re: Lakota - Sky Light
I particularly like the delayed chords, they set a good atmosphere from the outset. The percussion is good in terms of sounds and feel and there are bits of variety to make it interesting. I could put the song on in the background and get lost in whatever I'm doing and I sometimes really like music ...

Re: Warlord - ELectric_Head (Tribal Bass)
This is really trippy, which is good. I think my favourite bit is when the bass and drums come in first time. The chanting fits very well with everything and I like the way everything gradually evolves, really good work again.
