Well since nobody was able to answer my last question, perhaps this one?
Obviously don't want to rip his sound, but I'd just like to know how to make a synth like this so I can work with it and change bits and pieces to my liking, I'll even pay you a littttle bit if you can tell me as long as ...

So it isn't January anymore, BUT I MUST figure out how to make a synth similar (doesn't have to be exact) to the one shown below. I have access to Reason 5, NI Massive, and FL Studio.
