I'm asking this for my friend.
He started making some hiphop/trap beat and he's using poizone for some atmospheric sound but the problem is the volume of the poizone starts to rise as the beat goes on.
It gets louder even if you just play the pattern over and over again.
Any ideas?

If i try to use 4x4 beat it is almost right but still not totally right and with...

Re: hi hat problems
To me usually hihat patterns are the easiest parts to make dunno why... One thing is velocity of the hits, play with it and youll notice a big difference I usually start with 4x4 pattern and then i start to create the pattern depending about the beat/vibe i wanna get like just a simple 4x4 pattern o...

Why college/ any school takes more than day or two? You just cant learn/ go throught that amount of information faster...So why do you think you can learn FL/ make banging tracks overnight?

Re: Does anyone mix/ produce with a subwoofer?
Sub really gives that deep 3d-ish feeling since you can really feel the bass and shaking windows
I produce with headphones, but i always check how the track sounds in my car where i have some decent speakers and 2x10" woofers and the feeling is so different

Bass Jacka : Dont know if its just my headphones or what but sounds like those percs are too much panned to right, i mean theres few hits on the right and one on the left side so it sounds like theres much going on at the right side and just something on the left side. But nice track! Really makes ...

Re: Steps/VST for a good Kick with vegance sample pack?
Turn those layers down so nothing is clipping? What kind of layers u have? One with more low end and one with more mid/high end? Eq those layers so they dont clash, and for example if you like lets say 400-700hz area of the layer 2 just cut those freqs off from the layer 1 etc Then bus those kicks a...

Ive been trying to lowpass them to bring those lower freqs up but it just starts to sound muddy or not so bright (dunno the word :D )...
