Re: TrollPhace
I'd just like to let you all know that TrollPhace has now been supported and picked up by Skrillex, and that Trollphace also joined Skrillex and Diplo up on stage at Ultra.
Good job, DSF.

Check out Elevayta's Space Boy and Wavefactory's TrackShaper. If I understand you correctly, these should be what you're describing

Chase & Status - Machine Gun (Namzie Remix) [D&B] [FREE DL]
New remix by me! I was pretty disappointed with the lack of DnB on the new Chase & Status album, so I did this remix of Machine Gun.
Enjoy!

Namzie - Embrace [145bpm 'Melodic' Dubstep]
New track by moi! I guess the cool kids would call it "chill" or "chillstep" or some other silly name, but whatever! It's something a bit different to my usual heavier stuff.
Enjoy! :)

Re: Six Compositional Challenges
I actually did something similar to number 5 very recently.
To challenge myself, I decided to shuffle my iTunes library (which contains tunes I've listened to since I was about 10), take the genre of the first tune and make a track with the same genre. It ended up being a DJ Manian track with no ...

Something a bit different!

The high pitched synth which comes in at about 0:14-0:15. It's a sound used by Daft Punk as well.
Anyone have any ideas what it's called or, even better, how to recreate it? :D
Thanks!
