I reckon saving up for decent monitors > midi keyboard. In fact, the things I'd rather have than a midi keyboard: Good audio interface. Good Monitors. Good Sub. Good headphones (already got these). A second computer screen, if only just for a mixer and SPAN (shit gets congested) High quality plugin...
