Turn off the limiter or turn down the volume on the bass. Make sure you are assigning everything to a free mixer track. Most DAWs do this automatically, but not FL. your drums are nice and fat in that nokia tune. Try adding different wobble sounds so there is more to keep you entertained. Maybe add a bit more res on the wobbles to but only a little.
