Ive just started out. I decided to go with Reaper because it has a simple layout. But the thing I really wanted to say is that there is no one ultimate DAW for everybody. The best DAW is one that you can work with. Some poeple work with one better than another.

Tried out the demo of logic... didn't know it doesn't support VST's. It does, but you need to download the .AU versions instead of the .VST versions. Feel so stupid now...
