Re: Irritating shit on facebook

I will say this: the internet itself is like a matrix, a bit of a hedonist, Huxlian matrix when one falls into it. It's the Huxlian Principle of the Internet: when on uses the internet, what one does on the internet constitutes one's "avatar." This is where all of this avatar crap comes from. Sites ...

Re: Irritating shit on facebook

If you guys don't like the irritating content, then why don't you just sever online contact with the poster? I mean, I don't have any experience with Facebook, I think it defeats the purpose of the internet, but why do you guys complain about it and not take a proactive stance?

This goes along with ...

Re: Seinheisser HD25s

OP, those are some serious DJ headphones, not really built for production. However, as other people have said, it can be done.

For the longest time I was producing on Sony MDR-270s, and before that I was using some Optimus Nova 57s. Now I produce and DJ with my Sennheiser HD 201s, which I think ...

Re: Vocal Samples?

wtf just download the youtube videos as mp3:s and chop away

This is actually a fantastic strategy. For my productions I use a program called Free YouTube Downloader. After I rip the video, I convert it to a wave file with a program called WinFF, then I just edit the audio in my DAW. You can find ...

Yeah, people here are really helpful, bro. In fact, Wub himself even critiqued (very fairly, mind you) one of my tracks.

Re: Post here when you have had a poo

I actually love fecal philosophy. Being as neurotic as I am, I have to admit that I take a shower every single time I dump one, and that is often. I have a removable shower head, so I can just adjust the stream to full blast and basically receive a home enema. It's funny: between masturbatory ...

Oh yes, I love this show! I just finished season four, and I must say, what a banger of a show! The CGI is great, I love the moody atmosphere, the acting, the environment.

That is fair. Here is a better expression of my opinion: I don't like the 808 cookie cutter drums. Combined with the horrible samples, I really don't like the track.
