Sharing loads of unreleased stuff, or leaving a link like that online permanently would be taking the piss. But he's not - and as he's given massive props to the artists, I really can't see a problem with this.

Big up Gutterbreakz!

LONDON-02-JUNE-06, Soot Party with DJ /rupture, Filastine

http://www.spannered.org/stuffage/sootparty.jpg Okay, not strictly a dubstep event, but I'm sure this'll be of interest to a few folk here. Soot Records presents DJ /rupture (Soot Records) Filastine live (launching his new LP 'Burn It' on Soot Records) Uberdog (Toxic Dancehall) Heatwave (Punchline)...

Really enjoyed his live set at Sonar a couple of years back - bursting with energy. Was amusing watching the sound engineer get more and more wound up with his antics.

Didn't enjoy him so much when I've seen him live recently, but yeah, he's got some bad ass beats in the pipeline for release.

MRJIGGYFLY... Yes, of course I'm aware THC is the same active ingredient in skunk, hash, grass... I also know that alcohol is what makes you drunk when you consume beer, wine, vodka... Now, think about this: if my favourite alcoholic tipple is 5% proof, it's probably less harmful than if my favourit...

I've parked directly outside the Swan on tons of occasions (on Stapleton Road, usually in the parking bay on the other side of the wall from the Swan's car park) - never had a problem, even with the odd slightly swanky looking hire car. All of Bristol is well dodgy for car crime, so I don't think it...

I’ve done DMT twice. The first time I didn’t hold it in long enough to hit the trigger level and thought it was a weak load of bollocks. Did it the following week and it knocked me for six (especially because I wasn’t expecting anything from it) - to this day it was the most intense experience I’ve ...

Any music is ketamine music - believe. The sound of a kettle boiling sounds like it's been remixed by Jesus when you're in a K-hole. Personally I think it's an interesting drug. But do it when you're setting at home on the sofa. I'm sure dubstep parties can do without people stumbling around and dri...

Most of the albums you would have bought in and around the 80s were vinyl and poly composition. Ever notice when you go into a used record shop, the overwhelming smell of mildew is present? That's because many albums have been made of other substances, such as acetate, shellac and vulcanite. The ni...

Been cleaning my vinyl with warm, slightly soapy water for years - works a treat, so probably pretty decent for dubs too...

I always thought using lighter fluid would be pretty harsh, so never tried - and so many people swear by it too!

Is one of his aliases "Grain"? The Grain eps on Fatcat were/are absolutely slamming – some of the best techno tracks of the last decade IMO. He also did this rather fine ep - http://www.discogs.com/release/6108 - for Steve Bicknell’s Cosmic ID imprint. That Menta mix of Random is well hea...

Public internet forums are often full of people mouthing off, just like in real life. It's a shame, just like in real life. I used to run an electronic music forum that got so depressingly bad with flaming that I had to shut the whole thing down for two weeks. It got better for a bit then the same o...
