Re: Lost Loefah Dubs
In a way I'm kind of thankful for the fact that I've only got £2 in my bank account, there was never any chance of me getting this so there's no stress. Zen.

Re: Lost Loefah Dubs
This is just how gizmo operates though, it's how all the BH stuff is. He's a contratian who likes pissing people off but 100% of the stuff on his labels is amazing so it's tough shit really. To be fair to him there is some stuff up online at hard wax, but I can't see this one being there.

The reason I said the D5s were twice as much is that I can get a pair of H5s or RP5s for about £230 here http://www.thomann.de/gb/yamaha_hs_5_bundle.htm

Re: Which monitors? (Also soundcard)
Appreciate all the advice in this thread. I've got a set of HD- 25s that I use for mixing sometimes but they're way too tight to comfortably use for extended sessions. I've been doing a bit more looking, does anyone have any opinions on the JBL LSR305s? From what I've read they might be the best of ...

Re: Which monitors? (Also soundcard)
This question probably gets asked all the time here but I'm looking for some specific advice. I'm finally going to upgrade from my shitty M-Audio AV40 monitors to something better but I'm not sure which ones to pick. At the moment it's a toss up between the KRK Rokit RP5 G3s or the Yamaha HS 5s. I ...

Another ID request for the Spencer show on the 18th, what's the garage track starting at 1 hour four minutes? The one straight after it would also be appreciated.

Re: VA - L.I.E.S. Presents American Noise [LIES018]
Picked up the sampler the other day, and while it's great, all the LIES stuff feel just a bit too slow for the vibes that I'm wanting to mix it with.
