its all about using The Duckorgan wave form and putting alot of wet 'sample and hold' on it. I use FL studio, it helps the bass sound nice if you put some 'Convoler' on it. Makes it nice and echoey, Use a low pass filter with the LFO on the cut off but at about 10 oclock. U can also join it up with ...
