The kick tends to seem overwhelming on my monitors as well as my headphones.

How would you enhance the kick? Compression, increased volume on the kick during mixdown, new sample?

It doesn't... I didn't realize I was already signed in to Ableton's site. When I click on the link it say's, " Suite 8 can’t be upgraded any further."

I agree, I'd spend the extra cash to get Operator and sampler.... According to this - https://www.ableton.com/en/shop/ you can no longer buy 8 with the free upgrade. Hopefully you've already purchased it.
