Whats up guys, so tonight after finishing up a track I was checking out some artists for inspiration, mainly older songs that really got to me into producing in the first place. And I came across this one tygr song that has a really tight snare. I don't know where to start on how to replicate it but...

So heres my first ever finished product of making growls in FM8. Originally I was going for the extra super squisjy wubs but stuck to these more metallic ones. Oh well. IF anyone likes the sounds of these Ill gladly give some pointers

ha thanks dude. too bad u cant hear the first drop yet . its a lot more zomboyish and that drop is more destroid.. ha well its a realy simple fm8 patch modulated thru a vocoder and that's pretty much it how I got thse vowel sounds

hhaha i figured out the problem and i dont know why i didnt figure it out 6 months sooner. ive always had my kicks as 4th nothes. i switched them to 8th and they hit hard as fuck now!!

Hey whats up guys ive been having trouble getting my kicks too sound distinct in the overall mix. they seem too mudded down. and i mean i eq and all that but still they dnt have that disgusting impact like i hear in pro tracks.
