Re: [FL11] Tempo automation canceling delay effect
You could bounce out the delay with the tempo change disabled, use the "fit to tempo" tool on the bounced out delay clip, and it should automatically stretch when you reenable the tempo change.
But yeah I'd try a 3rd party delay plugin first.

Re: Intro track a bad idea?
You could always just mark it in the title as an intro track if you're worried about people not realizing that it is.

Re: Neuro Bass (Koan Sound, Feed Me, Kill the Noise, Noisia)
vast masturbating session wat As for the topic, I usually try to achieve the end goals that I hear in my head pertaining to reeses with midi alone, but if it doesn't work out, only then would I bounce out and resample. You'd be surprised at what some synths can do internally, but like others have s...

Re: Losing Interest In Your Tracks early
I think that if you yourself are losing interest, then it's fine to drop a project, because if your heart's not in it, chances are it won't ever reach a point where you or others listening to it are satisfied by it. It's important to realize though that any project, scrapped or not, is always a form...

Re: pitch bend envelope
What you could do is increase the release on the amp envelope so the sound carries once released, then on the pitch add an envelope with no decay and an extended release, but set the envelope range in the negative direction. May not make sense in words, so here's a quick Massive patch that I think i...

Re: Producing in a room that Echos, or has Reverb
I'd stick to headphones honestly...I find it's a lot easier to get a good space representation as you don't have to worry about positioning and room treatment. But bottom line is, if you can make a track in a room with echo that still sounds good on other systems (including headphones), you'll be fi...

It's really neat for ambiance and effects, never used it for basses though. Got it free though, wouldn't have paid for it otherwise.

Re: Basslines too weak
As all have said, layering will help a bunch. I'd also consider adding some more subtle ambiance/upper end in there - half of what makes almost any tune are the sounds you don't explicitly hear, if that makes sense.
