For me is sounds like a short pieces of several songs. Long intro gives way to another, and another. And them song end.
Also i dont like disappearing sub at 0:20 - 0:40. And arp at 1-33. It is Nexus?

Here's how it looks like:

I found, that making growls in Reason is very easy. For example,you may route signal from subtractor or malstrom to thor, where apply FM to it. Also, growl may obtained from subtractor only, with heavy detuned saws (with FM) and notch\band pass filters. And distortion, of course.

I think intro is boring, but work in progress, maybe you add some new elements in a future.

Your "happy" part its too chaotic for my taste. From 1-13 it better for me.

I think your track is too unfinished. Especially first half. Maybe add some fx? or pads or something like that. Or maybe some glitchy sounds.
