Pretty minimal mixing done on it. just want to see what you guys think it needs more/ less of as far as eq/ compression/ levels go.

not exclusively dubstep but holy shit this set is awesome.
seriously makes me feel like I'm not doing enough as an ableton use.
he also has 100 songs in 10 minutes and makes some really cool tracks of his own.

Just wrote my first song with any kind of real trap influence. When mixing dubstep I usually use multiband side chaining to let the drums hit through (low end of synths to kick, mids to snare, etc.) In this song, im using a kick that's 1/2 a sub and 1/2 an attacking "click" kick srhms. The mixing in my opinion needs work. Comparing this to professionally mixed work thats released by major labels i think the mixing of the lower frequencies especially needs work. The higher frequencies i think work well in the tracks however the drums dont have the punch i think they need. However ...
