I always class the District, Distance, J:Kenzo, Killawatt, Biome, DJ Madd, Kryptic Minds sort of sound as being classic dubstep but moving forward. can't narrow it down to el-b tho imo i mean, just look at the storming productions catalogue. those tunes sound more informed by metalheadz, no u turn, breaks and dark 4/4 garage like dj narrows, sirus, agent x etc and yeah, like it was mentioned before, let's not underestimate the influence tearou...

you could probably say Caspa - Terminator from 2007..but im sure it may be older, good examples though :)

slow kick and a snare...transformers sounds..can either be electro house of dub style of backgroud = dubstep..

sounds exactly like American dubstep because of the use of Electro House sounds, and the other one is Trap music imo..
