The reason it clicks is because it's not starting or ending at a zero point of the wave. If you bounce it down, and look really closely, you can see it cutting off. 1. Massive (Creates dope bass noises and fx)
2. Live Cut (Glitches shit to all hell. Great for resampling.)
3. Artillery (Lots of great fx you can trigger via midi)

Try various EQing and distortion settings. Some reverb and/or delay are also good when not overdone.
