yeah id say the mix is a little flat. try expanding the stereo spread on stuff like mentions above. also the main flute melody bit needs some more character. maybe try some slight modulation via effects and or automation.

yeah def sounds like rashad. i would say the finger snap needs a high pass on it, kinda sounds like its got some extra low end content in there.

solid techno progression on the track. i feel like that bass should have some higher stabs here and there to spice things up.

love the timbre of the drums, very woody. i think the track would benifit from some fills here and there so its not so loop sounding.

agreed with the rain being to high in the mix and giving the sub a bit more character. since there isnt much going on melody wise i think you should focus on that sub/bass standing out more. maybe you can also modulate the vocal sample on the second half of the track to keep things interesting. def ...
