i think i turned up for the wrong half of the night, arrived just as mystikz were finishing, as someone said already it looked like it had all gone a bit nathan barley, enjoyed chefs set but not really much else, first time i ever left dmz not feeling elated about dubstep. my tune of the night ...

was always a good party going on in the smash bloc, people were going mad for boxcutter up the front on the sunday, people just generally seemed to be having fun from what i saw, maybe abit sedate in the main rooms at times but its a techno festival.

it wasn't at all miserable, it was overly male but less so than your average dubstep night a couple of years ago, the sniffer dogs sounded quiite scary I got there after they'd left but the guy who sorted us out with the chalet ( missed the official booking) said he had them inside his car crawling ...

this is looking incredible this year, the bloc people are seriously on it when it comes to compiling line ups, they actually look like real expressions of their musical taste aswell instead of the usual pandering to the perceived need to spread bet and include a handful of safe headliners, not that ...
