Got a copy of his Eversol ep on Palette somewhere... Pretty good techno release if I remember rightly

definitely - "stormtrooper" from that record is riotous. the previous 12" he did for palette, "you used to know", is also excellent, if not better.

justin maxwell has released a lot of excellent material on john tejada's palette imprint in the past two years, sometimes on his own, other times in collaboration with the great & prolific one. his stuff alongside j-p bondy as volsoc on world electric is also worth hearing.

if the mid-west contributes to dubstep in anything like the same way it's done to techno over the years then this music's future is secure for a long time to come.

not dubstep but titonton's remix on the part one 12" is typically fantastic material from the ohio-man.

i wouldnt say cost is the primary concern ...though it might be to the people who risk losing money they could otherwise be spending on records/clubs/holidays etc on the venue hire and bar deposit. i think sound system is of course. if ever there was a style of music which needs/deserves a g...

and selling 12" there...hmm i think its the last thing people want to do is cart around a record for the evening true. but you could just sell them on the way out. with no messing about with postage costs/postman issues, i'm sure you could shift plenty at a fiver each - particularly if the cus...

old mark one & darqwan 12"s

apologies in advance if mentioning this here is considered bad form but... ...i've just put up two dubstep-related 12"s on ebay - selling "buy-it-now" at cost price (ie. £5.50 each) so am recouping rather than profiteering. mark one - "get busy" (a.r.m.y. 01) (search terms: ...

Wouldn't need to be carnival weekend, although somewhere in London would be good....... good idea. you could hold a label launch party to coincide with the first release. maybe on a weds/thurs night so venue hire is cheaper (3rd base would be perfect, i guess) and, s...

if you've got £200 spare in your savings account and you *don't* snap these up now then, quite frankly, you need your head examining.

even if you haven't got £200, get down to one of those dodgy cheque-cashing places in the morning to sort yourself out.
