Problem is, everyone goes to these places so they tend to have sold out of anything a more than a couple of months old.

Have a dig around every record shop you can find - I've turned up allsorts of old hyperdub, dmz and big apple stuff in shops off the beaten dubstep track.

Kind of ambient/idm stuff, but that's doing him a disservice. One of the tracks on the Smak 12 is very dubby if I remember.
