Formation Recordings released my dubstep remix as their own. I don't normally go public on anything but just though to let u guys know that remix is actually made by me - not formation records or dj ss. I'm allright by this but just wanted to straight the facts.

also hot tip to guys sending demos:

name your files. it's really fun to get tracks labeled something like track01.mp3

i use this formula:
artist-track_AIM_aimhandle__email_email@dot.com.mp3

and id3 tags are useful too.

since it's in the same tempo range anyway why not.

oh there was just a squat party last nite. and today there's reclaim the streets with some dubstep action alongside with techno and dnb and all that.

if you're using reason i suggest you'd rewire it to cubase or something and use proper vst eq's and compressors and whatnot for the mixdown.

also a good spectrum analyzer is a helpful tool if you need to find the clashing frequencies. however even though the graphic eq's are good tools, try to ...
