I don't mind the Behringer Truths for the price. Not strictly a "flat" monitor sound (they pack some serious bass, but you can roll it off using switches on the back of the speaker), but impressive for the price.

I've got an Axiom 25. It's all kinds of awesome. The trigger pads (it's basically got half an M-Audio Trigger Finger on it) make it so much easier to play with drums and samples, instead of "clicking in" drum patterns.

But then, I just like hitting things.

Melbourne, Australia.

I think we'll do an honorary night, booking any of the dubstep contingent that makes it down here.

Maybe it's time this thread was put to bed. Like many others here, I would hate to see Gutter become disillusioned and lose his passion for writing his blog because of this vocal thread. He had good intentions, and I have always been a massive fan of his writing - I am indeed one of the very people ...

SYDNEY-8-JUNE-06 - Southern Steppa Sessions @ Abercrombie

http://www.southernsteppa.com/images/inhale080606.jpg ...yep, it's back on again. With a truck load of extra sound, the Abercrombie is gonna rumble with the winter warming weapon of sub bass. As always, it's free and the vibe is relaxed, so drop in and say hello. Southern Steppa Sessions Semper-Fi ...

I think it's something to do with email mate. AIM is trying to tell you: "you've got mail".

I told it that it was wrong, but it just wouldn't listen. So I renamed AIM after my ex-girlfriend and then went into the options to switch the bloody thing off.

Feeling left out Australia? Not anymore...!

The downsides of living in Australia are few and far between, but for those into dubstep, living on the arse end of the world has made getting our hands on vinyl only releases all but impossible. Postage costs are prohibitive, dubstep tunes have relatively small runs so they're often snapped up befo...

Mr Moving Ninja - Jabba - has just been subjected to an interview by one of Australia's leading left field electronica authorities, Seb Chan of Frigid and Cyclic Defrost fame. Interesting insight into Jabba's influences and the Australian dubstep scene overall. http://www.cyclicdefrost.com/article.p...

Awesome production, all of it. Glad Planet Mu gave it a home, reckon it fits well in there.

My boss won't let me play it at work though - apparently it's "apocalypse music" and scares the customers. That's gotta be high praise if ever I heard it.
