anyone esle notice they have alot of tunes miscatagorized ? They added a subsection off garage for grime/dubstep but are putting alot of stuff in the breaks or downtempo or 4x4 garage area. Would you consider Skream-Lightning to be a dubstep anthem ? using the delay as a send on the mixer works well. ive read thats what it was really made for and once i tried it it did seem to sound better...how excactly i dunno but imo it does sound better.

yes i was able to get tons of good sounds from mine. reeces, subb,wobble etc. im sure theres tons better but if your familiar with the electribes than it will be pretty easy to make and sequence nice basses....i sold mine when i started to not use my hardware..kept the electribe sampler though.

Basslines basslines basslines, dubsteps definitly all about the b-lines but whos got the drums? Which song has your favorite drum sounds or patterns ? is there an artist whos got a particular sound going your feeling as far as the drums are concerned ? Boxcutter did some really unique and crazy shit...

ha ha nice.

ive been setting tempo to 140, making a beat usaully snares on 5 and 13 then altering events by 50% for soem halfstep shit and it sounds nice so im working around that method, if i dont alter to 50% it sounds like breaks too much though.
