I had a pair for 4 years which just died, preparing to order a second set straight away. I used them for DJ'ing more than production, but found them great listening headphones as well, with them being circumaural.

Serato, no question. Torque adds some cool features, but is less stable, reliable, and the breakout box is made of cheap plastic. Additionally, Serato support is second-to-none.
